• All riders must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a valid drivers licence from there country of origin
  • Bikes are strictly prohibited from riding on beaches or been taken off the island
  • bikes are delivered with full tank of gas & sanitized helmets
  • bikes returned without full tank of gas will be charged $5.00 to fill
  • The insurance policy has a $100.00 excess payable by the rentee
  • The insurance policy only covers the damage to the bike         
    • It does not cover damage to other vehicles or property
    • It does not cover injury to you or any other person adversely affected fro an accident
    • It will not cover the damage if the rider is drunk or on drugs
    • Only the signees are covered by the policy any one else riding the bike will not be covered
  • The bikes are not to be lent to any one not on the signed agreement
  • If bikes are returned late you may be charged an extra fee
